Questions before you map with us

Do we need a permanent internet connection to use the app?

No. The app is designed to work offline-first. You can map your entire space in a basement or a remote site with no signal, and it syncs automatically once you are back online.

Can we customise the zone types to match our own categories?

Yes. You can set up your own zone types, readiness checklists and labels. It is your map, so you decide what counts as a zone and what readiness means for your team.

How does the readiness plan get shared with the rest of the team?

Once a map is synced, you can export it as a PDF or share a live link. The team sees the same visual plan and can add comments or updates in real time.

Is our data secure if we store it in the cloud?

We encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access is role-based, so only people you authorise can view or edit your maps. We do not sell or share your data.

Can we import an existing floor plan or CAD file?

Yes. You can upload a floor plan image or CAD file as a base layer, then draw your zones over it. It saves time if you already have architectural drawings.

What happens if we need to change a mapping after it's synced?

You can edit any map at any time. Changes are saved with a timestamp and who made them, so you always have an audit trail of updates.
